Her leadership extends beyond personal achievement into community transformation, championing empowerment, advocacy, and holistic growth for individuals and families alike.As a dedicated Board Member, Tracy brings wisdom, grace, and a servant’s heart to the mission of breaking generational chains and building legacies that last. Her presence and perspective help guide the organization’s commitment to faith, purpose, and generational impact.

Genevieve Carvil-Harris is an author, philanthropist, and community developer, the U.S. United Queen of Queens (2021), Assistant Pastor at The Living Word Family Enrichment Center and proud wife of Brian C Harris.  A graduate of the University of Miami with a prelaw degree,  Genevieve developed a passion for community development and decided to pursue business development coaching. Genevieve reached back into her community to create classes and training events to empower others to create generational wealth through her Built By Gen brand.  Genevieve has been able to coach hundreds of entrepreneurs using capacity-building strategies to help guide her clients to their fortunes and increase their revenue to over $5 million. She has also implemented programs in low-income areas through grants and fundraising initiatives. She is the Co-Founder of Crowd Wallstreet Rewards along with LaShondra Johnson, Shanta Hereford, Tavaris Williams and Jamsky French, which is a rewards based crowdfunding platform that helps Founders raise capital for their businesses.

The company is proudly affiliated with Crowd Wallstreet Inc. Crowd Wallstreet was just named as the 3rd Black Owned Equity Crowdfunding Platform in the Nation.

Genevieve’s passion infused with her dedication to the business is why she was chosen as one of the 40 under 40 Black leaders of Excellence in South Florida and recently awarded an Honorary Doctorate in Ministry. She hopes to inspire other leaders to use their ideas and platforms to influence change within their communities and the world.

Director of Legal Affairs 

Jadinah Gustave is an author and founding attorney of The Sejour-Gustave Firm, an Aventura-based firm that specializes in family law, business law, and estate planning. Born and raised in Miami, Florida, she is a wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. Jadinah graduated from North Miami Senior High School’s International Baccalaureate program; received a Bachelor in Arts from University of South Florida; and her Juris Doctorate from Regent school of law in Virginia Beach, Virginia, “Where law is more than a profession. It’s a calling.” Jadinah was motivated to attend Regent school of law because of its biblical integrated curriculum. In law school, among other things Jadinah was Chair of the Black Law Students Association; was on the Executive Board and competition team of Trial Advocacy Board; was a Regent Tutor where they mentored and tutored incarcerated juveniles in Norfolk Virginia.

She has obtained legal experience through Internships, externships, and employment with the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s office; the United States Attorney’s in Tampa; Federal Trade Commission, Division of Advertising Practices, in Washington, D.C.; worked as an Assistant State Attorney in Broward county before founding The Sejour-Gustave Law Firm where they “Establish, Maintain, & Protect Businesses and Families”

Her Community involvement includes serving as Vice-President/Director of Beautiful Beauties of Tomorrow, Inc., mentorship program, “Transforming GIRLS of today into QUEENS of tomorrow.” She also provides legal counsel and attend middle and high schools speaking with young girls about the law and how to prevent getting into negative social and legal positions. She is proud to Serve as Chair of her church’s Legal department while also, leading the Prestigious Ladies Ministry providing a biblical and holistic perspective and real life experiences through talk sessions, fasts, prayers and providing access to entrepreneurial launching tools. When she’s not bringing peace of mind to her clients, Jadinah is preserving her marriage, being an active and attentive mother, and volunteering in her community. Friends describe Jadinah as reliable and full of laughter. If you want to get on her good side, invite her to a dance party. She’s always down to bust a move.

Jadinah lives by the scripture James 1:19-20 “My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry, 20 because human anger does not produce the righteousness that God desires.”

Cherise Lenore Riley is a prophetic strategist, marketplace leader, and transformational builder committed to helping visionaries execute what they are called to build. She is respected for her ability to integrate vision with practical structure, guiding leaders from inspiration to implementation and from calling to sustainable legacy.

Operating at the intersection of ministry, business, and governance, Cherise serves as a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs and organizational leaders committed to excellence, integrity, and Kingdom aligned impact. Her leadership is grounded in the belief that vision must be matched with structure to produce lasting and measurable results.

With decades of experience in funding strategy, business development, and financial readiness, Cherise is known for preparing leaders and organizations to become fundable, scalable, and operationally sound. She brings expertise in strengthening systems, documentation, and organizational infrastructure while emphasizing stewardship and accountability.

Cherise is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of CL & Associates Group LLC, overseeing an ecosystem of purpose driven ventures including The Workroom Experience, The WorkroomX Publishing House, CLR Ministries, and The RL Network TV.

Through her board service and leadership, Cherise focuses on strengthening vision, building infrastructure, and positioning organizations for long term sustainability and generational impact.

Director of Youth Development  

Daniel Williams is an accomplished youth empowerment professional and Program Director for the Southeast region at the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE), a national nonprofit organization that equips young people, especially those from under resourced communities, with entrepreneurial skills and opportunities. In his role, he oversees NFTE’s entrepreneurship programming across multiple districts while supporting curriculum implementation and building strategic partnerships with schools and community organizations to expand access to entrepreneurial education.

Williams’s journey into youth development and community impact began through grassroots volunteer work with local mentorship and youth programs.

That early service experience deepened his commitment to community engagement and ultimately led him to NFTE, where he transformed his passion for service into a professional mission centered on impact and access.

At NFTE, Williams is recognized for facilitating student focused events, connecting young people to paid internships and entrepreneurial ecosystem resources, and supporting aspiring entrepreneurs as they transition to college, careers, and business ownership. His work is rooted in purpose driven leadership and a genuine desire to empower youth without seeking personal recognition.

Williams continues to champion entrepreneurship education as a pathway for young people to develop confidence, ownership, and long term economic mobility.

Marcus Fowler is a seasoned media producer and creative leader known for building dynamic visual storytelling and media production experiences. He is the founder and lead creative force behind TNZ Media, a full-service media company specializing in videography, photography, digital design, and media content creation that serves brands, organizations, and events across Florida and beyond. 

Marcus’s passion for visual media began with his work as Director of Media and Technology in his local church, where he developed early expertise in video production and broadcast. After earning his associate degree in broadcasting and video production in 2009, he navigated industry challenges and responded by launching his own media venture. Starting with small projects and steadily expanding, TNZ Media grew into a trusted creative partner for weddings, commercial productions, promotional content, and digital campaigns. 

Under Marcus’s direction, TNZ Media expanded its services to include photography, digital design, and media branding, delivering compelling visual assets that elevate client storytelling. His work has taken him throughout Florida and into markets including Texas, Georgia, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, reflecting both his technical skills and his commitment to creative excellence. 

As Director of Creative and Media Production for RiseUp Wealth Summit, Marcus brings strategic vision, technical expertise, and a collaborative approach to shaping the summit’s visual identity and media strategy. His leadership ensures high-quality production, engaging visuals, and content that amplifies the mission and impact of the event.

Mildred Garcia is a dedicated community engagement and empowerment leader with experience in program development, advocacy, and client support within mission driven organizations. She serves at Handy Inc, a nonprofit organization focused on community advocacy and holistic support services, where she applies her strengths in leadership, coaching, and strategic outreach to help individuals and families create sustainable pathways for growth and opportunity.

At Handy Inc, Mildred’s work centers on building support systems, cultivating partnerships, and guiding community members toward meaningful outcomes through advocacy, coaching, and service coordination. She brings a strong background in social services leadership, program development, and volunteer engagement, along with a collaborative and compassionate approach to every initiative she leads.

For the RiseUp Wealth Summit, Mildred serves as Philanthropy and Event Management, where she supports community engagement strategy, event execution, and participant experience. She is especially gifted in event decor, space setting, and experiential design, ensuring that each environment is welcoming, intentional, and aligned with the mission of the Summit.

Mildred holds a master’s degree from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science from Monroe College, bringing together academic foundation and hands on leadership in service of impact driven work.
