Passionate to help people change their lives and build generational wealth and legacy, Glenn Payne has embarked on a journey as a financial literacy ambassador and coach. As a local Dave Ramsey Financial Peace coordinator at his church, he enjoys making an impact in the lives of others. He assists individuals and families to develop better financial habits and improve their relationship with money. He is a natural teacher, success-driven, authentic, and goal-oriented.
Glenn Payne has a Masters's in Information Systems Management with a major in project management. He is the CEO of Innovate Management Solutions. He has also spearheaded MoneyMatterz, a Financial PopUp Clinic, which serves as a community outreach to inspire and empower individuals with essential financial principles. Also the founder of the annual “RiseUp Wealth Summit” an empowerment event to ignite the passion for rekindling entrepreneurship and legacy building) financial literacy.

She is a natural encourager, success-driven, authentic and goal-oriented. Her experiences have helped shaped her to the woman she is today. Strong, confident and resilient.
Afiesha Payne is a motivational speaker, singer, and songwriter. Afiesha Payne has an associate’s in special education, a bachelor’s degree in health care administration. She is an innovative thinker, an excellent team leader, and enjoys building confidence in others. As a result of her motivational speaking, others who desired to quit stayed the course and did not give up on their dreams. Afiesha Payne is truly a woman of zeal & character who strives for excellence in everything.
